Are there any alternatives for vegetarians with wheat and nut allergies?

Soy, rice, spinach: Soy should provide a good source of protein, and spinach contains a fair amount as well. Rice and potato should be a good source of starch. Most fruits and vegetables should be fine. Milk and egg are an option if you are not on a strict vegan diet.

Grains and beans: If you are allergic to wheat only, you can usually tolerate other grains. Most patients who are peanut and tree allergic can eat other legumes (beans).
