Lifestyle Changes: Avoid tobacco, marijuana and excess alcohol. Eat a well balanced diet and a male multivitamin with antioxidants won't hurt either. However, if you have low counts you should also be evaluated by a professional to make sure nothing is wrong structurally, hormonally and sometimes genetically. Sometimes men can use Clomid (clomiphene) to boost their counts but it depends in the cause.
