Many treatments: Tendonitis usually responds to many measures at once. The first (and most obvious) thing to do is to rest the injured area. Ice may decrease swelling. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and nsaids may help with the pain. Gentle stretching can help. If this doesn't provide relief after a couple of weeks, seek evaluation by your doctor.
