Will i have a lot of bleeding after acne surgery?

No: Acne surgery or acne extraction is minor surgery that does not usually require anesthesia. There is little blood loss.

Depends: If you have acne scars surgically removed then no bleeding expected. If you have dermabrasion or ablative fractional laser resurfacing (e.g. Co2 or erbium-yag) you will have significant bleeding for several hours.
