No and yes.: The only addiction that you could get from chewing gum would be a psychological one. The satisfaction you get from chewing gum serves some kind of need inside of you. However, it is not chemical. If you chew nicorette (nicotine gum) or another nicotine substitute, you could certainly get a chemical addiction.
