Still possible: Tubal ligations aren't 100% perfect, tuba pregnancies are still possible. This is unlikely however; an ovarian cyst would make more sense. If the pain persists, don't wait, you must see a physician.

Check: Check a test to make certain you don't have a pregnancy, and if you do then you need to go to the er.
