Diet/ protection: If you are sexually active and not protected, get checked for pregnancy, even at 45. I would suggest, more likely, hormonal shifts, pre-menopausal changes, and get checked fro thyroid and endocrine imbalances. Tubal ligations can fail and pregnancies can occur outside of the uterus ( ectopic), See your GYN.
