How important is it to take your thyroid meds everyday at the same time on a empty stomach?also i heard never take this med w/anyother medications wait at least two hrs.

Thyroid med: Levothyroxine is a very safe drug. The most important thing is to take the medication. It's a long acting med so you don't have to take it at the exact same time each day but it's helpful to take it on an empty stomach. The medications that you cannot take at the same time with levothyroxine is multivitamin, calcium or iron pills as these will interfere directly with the absorption.
