How many times per day should i have my baby do "tummy time"?

Often: The more "tummy time" your baby gets, the rounder her head will be and the easier it will be for her to learn to roll, sit and crawl. Tummy time - as much as possible!
Dr. Marcus Degraw
Pediatrics 22 years experience
Often as can: As often as you can while awake. Start with 2-3 minutes aftwr each diaper change to remind yourself. Get down with baby to look at you and/or toys. Increase time and frequency as baby gets stronger.
