What exactly does it mean to score a 67 on the rumination subscale?

Scale is 0 - 100: Rumination is what animals do when they burp food back up to chew it again...The same as when we mull over thoughts again after a situation is over with. Rumination is pleasant for some animals some of the time, and it's useful for some people some of the time. But burping up food after you've eaten it can get to be a mess and require meds, and so can dwelling on things that happened in the past.
