What are some of the symtoms of gall stones?

Pain, nausea, vomit: The classic symptoms of gallbladder pain are right upper abdominal pain which radiates to the upper back or shoulder. May occur after meals or awake you from sleep. May be associated with nausea and/or vomiting. Usually crampy type pain. May be in mid upper stomach as well.

Varies: Many patients with gallstones don't have symtoms. If the stones cause obstruction, you may have biliary colic. Pain may be constant, sharp, cramping, or dull. Pain may spread to the back. If the gallbladder is infected, you may have fever. Nausea & vomitting may happen. Jaundice may occur, with yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. Clay-colored stools may be present.
