NO: Fructose, glucose and gluten are 3 different molecules or biological units fructose and glucose are two different sugars. Fructose is responsible for sweetness. Gluten is a protein most abundant in wheat, not a sugar.

They are gluten-free: Fructose and glucose are two different types of sugars. Then do not contain gluten, unless they are accidentally contaminated with gluten during processing by the factory (unlikely) or during cooking (possibly could happen). Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, barley, malted barley, rye, spelt, etc...
