Nothing: Just be present and ready to walk. Should be simple exam with a few measurements while wearing your orthotics. If you have not had them made yet, you will have either casts or impressions made of your feet.

Orthotics: First be open minded and realistic about the type of shoes you expect the orthotic to fit in. You should bring a pair of shoes with you to your orthotic assesment so yoir doctor can get a sense of what style and type of shoe gear you wear . This will help make sure you get an orthotic that will be functional and that you will use and not sit tucked away in a draw.
