How do i know if i have gluten intolerance?

Lab testing: I would recommend seeing your primary doctor for an initial screen, which usually includes blood tests--you need to be on a regular diet (not gluten free) for the tests to work. Depending on the results of the blood tests, you may need a referral to a GI doctor.
