Not sure of question: Rh incompatibility is a red blood cell phenomenon. Typically a mom has no rh antigen, therefore will make an rh-antibody if exposed. This causes rbc breakdown in rh-positive infants born to these mothers. The same thing can occur with platelets and neutrophils. There is an antigen discrepancy, which causes mom to produce antibody, which causes cell destruction.
