Damage tube: Chlamydia infection causes damage to the cells of the fallopian tube, which prevents or blocks sperm and egg transport in the tube. Chlamydia is often silent. Recent study shows that subclinical (silent) infection causes infertility. The risk of a tubal pregnancy - ectopic; is also increased. The more infections the greater the risk and lower the fertility. Prevent infection with safe sex.

Tubal inflammation.: Chlamydia causes cervical and tubal infections; of these, the tubal infection is more chronic and harder to diagnose until it is already advanced and permanent tubal damage has occurred. When the tubes are blocked, the sperm and ovum cannot meet to fuse and create life. Ivf is the best option in such cases.
