Tough but doable: Where you live, you can find several excellent facilities, and would schedule visit with the neurologists at Univ of Utah School of Medicine, but would also apply for Medicaid and/or Medicare, (? Obamacare?!!!!). The MS Society often has terrific suggestions. Do NOT despair, as most drug companies have compassionate programs.
