Anyone else had hydrosalpinx after a hysterectomy? is a hydrosalpinx bad?

It happens: A hydrosalpinx is just fluid in the remaining piece of tube. It is not a bad thing. Some people have discomfort from it and need to have it removed, but most people don't.
