No: Paying for organ donation is illegal in th U.S. And in most other countries. There is no market but there is a need.

Outside of the US: Unfortunately, there is a black market outside of developed countries. The patients who have been identified afterwards have had much higher rates of infections and worse outcomes. Medicare may not pay for the anti-rejection medications if the transplant was not performed at a medicare approved center. Black market transplants are dangerous. Legitimate organ donation must be increased.
