How can i treat a slipped disc without surgery?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Common sense: Alternate ice and heat. Keep bending stooping twisting and lifting to a minimum. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatories were appropriate. The worst thing you can possibly do is bend over and pick up something heavy especially if the twisting motion is involved. It is surprisingly easy to tweak your back by doing just the wrong thing at the wrong time.Building up core strength and flexibility.
