Possible UTI...: Although there are many reasons why you might get some abdominal discomfort after intercourse, a very common scenario i see are urinary tract infections that develop after sex. Bladder infections are often felt as low belly pain. I recommend seeing your ob/gyn for evaluation. A urinalysis can easily be performed to check for infection.

If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems.
