Will it be a problem if i'm expecting to get my period during surgery?

Depends: It depends on what kind of surgery you are contemplating. Minor or outpatient surgery should not be affected in any way. Major abdominal surgery, such as a bowel resection, would be better to be put off if it can be, though those types of surgery are generally urgent if not emergent surgeries, and you deal with the problem as it arrives.
