Yes: Latex paint does not contain some of the harmful chemicals found in older paint formulations such as oil or lead based paints so these are safe to use while pregnant. Be sure to work in a well ventilated area and stop if you become light headed or dizzy. The safest pants to use will be labeled low or no voc on them. These are quite easy to find at many hardware stores.
