Avoid ma huang: Ma huang contains a potent stimulant, ephedrine; very dangerous to use. You never know how much a product might contain. It can cause harmful side effects, including death, and therefore the fda has banned its use. It can cause dizziness, palpitations, tremors, high blood pressure, headache, chest pain, heart attack, stroke, seizures, and psychosis even if you don't die. It's illegal. Stay away.
