Is naloxone pentazocine have the same function as hydrocodone?

Somewhat: Pentaxocine is a mixed opioid agonist - antagonist, which means that it not only relieves pain through the mu-opiate receptor but blocks it as well. Hydrocodone is a pure mu receptor agonist.
