Lots of ways: A DEXA scan can be used to give a very accurate measurement, costs about $100. There are fat calipers that can take measurements and the results are used to calculate a pretty good estimate. There are electric impedance devices that are easy to use, not always accurate or consistent. There is a submersion technique where your volume gets measured by dunking your whole body underwater.
