Breathing is he simplest technique to start...Sit and breathe in to a count of 4 , hold 4, out 4, hold 4. You can make it 6, 8, 10 - whatever you like. Bu deep breathing calms the body and the nervous system. Schedule time for yourself to relax-massage, breathing, meditating, etc.
