Rx's are best: The over-the-counter and "holistic" stuff works poorly. I start folks on topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative. If this doesn't work well enough, i add an antibiotic appropriate to the individual. The big guns (accutane, lasers) can only be used by dermatologists. You have a right to be treated effectively.
