A member asked:

Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to weed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You mean marijuana?: A rule of thumb is that anything that has pharmacologic effects also has side effects and can precipitate allergic reactions. This is obviously more common for certain compounds than for others, but is theoretically possible for any compound. That being said, i've never seen or read about a true allergic reaction to marijuana.
