Need to see a doctor: The knee pain could cause by many reasons, such as acl, meniscus tear, arthritis or bursa etc. You need to see a doctor to get check up to find out possible cause.

Multiple like arthr-: Itis, meniscal injury, being the common ones. The bursa is usually the result of one of these causes. Getting rid of the cause would treat the bursa as well. See an orthopod.
