How active can you be after a patellectomy?

Very after healing: Some patients end up with a mild lack of full extension of their knee after total patellectomy some don't. Some patients have weaker knee extension. Activity level depends on your strength after you rehab and the rest of the problem that led you to a patellectomy in the first place.
