Increased Exposure: Any break in the skin increases the risk of HIV transmission. Regular sexual intercourse with someone who has aids is risky. Having an open wound that is being exposed to body fluids increases the risk. If you were playing russion roulette, instead of possibly having one bullet loaded into the gun, adding the open wound just increased the number of bullets that may be loaded into the gun.
