If it takes...: ...All day to give you a runny nose, it isn't much of a problem. More likely there is a change at the end of the day that triggers evening runny nose, and I have no idea what that might be. Some flowers open up at specific times of the day - could that be it? Or a particular time you do something that raises dust?
