See a doc: You need to see a doctor asap to check out this lump. It may be something harmless but occasionally it may also be something serious. Do not delay evaluation. If you have a primary care doctor, see them. If you do not have a doctor, go to a local free clinic and have this examined.

Lump on testicle: The lump next to testicle you may be feeling is your pampiniform plexus of veins in your scrotum - at their point of turning they can feel more solid. However, they should not be feeling hard. Any lump next to or on your testicle should be examined by your primary physician and/or urologist.

See an MD.: A painless lump could be testicular cancer but is more likely a cyst or scar of the tube that carries sperm from the testicle or possibly a type of vericos vein involving the scrotum. The only way to be sure is to have an exam and possibly an untrasound without delay. Cancer is unlikely but if that is the diagnosis the cure rate is over 90% and the earlier the better.
