See a doctor: There are a few medications called disease modifying therapies (medications that halt or reverse the progression of disease) find a rheumatologist to get on a treatment regimen. Other medications like tylenol, (acetaminophen) aleive, percocet, ect, will just temporarily mask the pain and the disease will progress. Physical therapy may help as well.

Medication and : Modalities as well as exercise. Lifestyle changes like weight control & not smoking are important. You should see a rheumatologist for getting the correct medication regimen for you & be guided through an exercises program for maintaining flexibility and correct posture. This may be initiated with physical therapy which can also provide for modalities like ultrasound and myofascial techniques.
