Worrisome: A big baby is a guess at best, and even with an ultrasound can be inaccurate. There are risks with large babies having shoulder dystocia and if too big depending on your size and history, may prompt the doctor to recommend a cesarean to try to protect the baby's shoulders. I would recommend a delivery in the hospital for these contingencies.
