If my period was a 32 day cycle last month will it be this month i'm confused on how to caulate my start time?

Menstrual Cycle: The first day that you bleed is considered the first day of your cycle. Unless your cycles are regular it is difficult to calculate. Most cycles range from 24-32, with 28 being an average. However, if periods are irregular, it's hard to calculate the details of the cycle.
