No difference: While there are many different albuterol inhalers, they all deliver 90 mcg per puff. There are 2 other inhalers on the market similar to albuterol called xopenex (levalbuterol) & Maxair (pirbuterol). These are all rescue inhalers that provide quick-onset dilation of the bronchial tubes.
