Its possible.: Its certainly possible for blood in the urine to occur after pelvic surgery if there are complications during the healing process. The formation of fistulas, infection, erosion of suture or other material can occur. However, blood in the urine has many common and important causes that could be unrelated to the surgery and should be worked up thoroughly.
