Probably not ...: Propranolol like many other high blood pressure medications can cause sexual side effects like erectile dysfunction. In lab experiments adding Propranolol to sperm in high doses reduces or stops sperm motility (% of moving sperm). In men taking Propranolol by mouth, the amount in the semen is similar to the amount in blood, and is much lower than the amounts needed to affect sperm function.
