Stop.: There is clearly a psycholigical component i cannot address, but! wean yourself off sweets of any type, including juices, etc. Stop sodas and switch to unsweetened tea, water, and flavored selzer waters. Get the candies and other sweets out of your health...They did not simply "materialize" at your abode. Someone bought them. Have plenty of veggies: celery, brocholli, cauliflower, and cukes.
