What's the difference between raynaud phenomenon and syndrome and disease?

Phenom is name for : Both the disease and the syndrome. The disease is vasospastic disorder causing discoloration of the fingers. The raynauds disease is idiopathic where the syndrome is caused by some otherinstigating factor, most commonly connective tissue disorders like lupus.
