How do i ease hand muscle pain from repetitive work?

Many causes: It depends what kind of repetitive work you are doing. If it is typing and persistent hand pain, try a better ergonomic positioning of your wrist with cushion under your wrist. If pain persists , consider an x-ray to rule out fracture or arthritis. If negative , consider peripheral nerve conduction study to rule out carpal tunnel syndrome. If you do physical work, it could be arthritis or muscula.
