A member asked:

Is there anything i can do to keep my joints (elbows, knees) from feeling achy when lifting weights?

Stretch, warm up: Just common sense things like good stretching beforehand (although there's not good data that stretching provides performance benefit in weight lifting), and not starting with your max weights. If you're joints are aching after every lift session, it's your body's way of telling you you're either lifting too much, too frequently or both.
