Yes: Breast cancer can metastasize to vertebrae and if it happens to affect the veterbrae in the upper back, it will result in pain.

Unlikely: Not unless you have metastatic cancer that has spread to bones in the spine, etc.

Yes: If a breast cancer spreads, it can go to the bones, liver, lungs or brain. If cancer gets in the bones (like the spine in the back) it can cause pain. Contact your navigator or oncologist so this can be evaluated.
