Yes: But beware.Many fungus rashes are going under your skin to erupt again somewhere else.Treat a fungus-if it recurs go to your dr and get stronger medicine.Tell dr what you have already used.

Slight possibility : If kept dry and cool, a very mild fungus can be cleared without rx.

Sometimes: Its possible for fungal rashes (of the feet, genitals, or body) to go away by itself, but eradication and symptom relief will come much faster with topical antifungals.
