Back pain: The back pain can be caused by muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... You can try heat pads, exercise, massage, chiropractic therapy, over the counter medications like ibuprofen, tylenol (acetaminophen).... If your pain persists, please see a pain specialist for evaluation. There are many non narcotic medications they can prescribe for your pain.
