Exercise: Exercise is the best way that i know of to get rid of body aches. If you have not been exercising for a while it is best to talk to your doctor to determine if it is safe for you to start an exercise program. Pick a type of exercise that you enjoy. If exercise is a chore for you, you are not likely to stay with it.
