Absolutely: Something tells me that you already know the answer to this question. Sitting in front of a computer 16 hours per day is not good for your body. We are not meant to sit for hours on end. We are meant to get up and move. If this is your work, you should consider some form of activity and exercise to counter the effects of sitting so much. Even changing to a standing desk will help.
