First AM Temp: Temp before getting up in the morning. Should be done in bed prior to sitting up. This temperature rises about 1/2 degree after ovulation. Not very accurate and very stressful for patients. If cycles are regular, 28 days then you most likely ovulate mid cycle, and if not, you should seek some help.
